Welcome to the Euston Place Dental Care Plan Scheme

Our dental team firmly believe in the value of preventive dental care. Our aim is to help you to learn about good oral health and understand how to maintain the health of your mouth in order to keep it free of tooth decay and gum disease.

It is important that patients are regulary screened for tooth decay, gum disease and oral cancer. To help us achieve this goal, we are delighted to offer a choice of three Euston Place Dental Care Plans.

Our dental plans have been designed to cater for wide range of patient needs.  Our own membership scheme enables us to provide you with regular examination and hygiene visits including any support necessary to control dental disease and maintain your mouth at full fitness. Our modern health-promoting approach with continuing care provides our patients with following benefits:

Please click the links below for further information about our dental plans. To book a new patient appointment, please contact the practice on 01926 422509 or email us at mail@eustonplace.com.

Purely Private

As an alternative to our dental plans, you may choose to register as a purely private patient. This is a 'pay-as-you-go' option and does not provide any inclusive appointments or discounts on treatments. As a purely private patient, you pay for each individual treatment item as it is provided. There is an annual registration fee of £28.60 to cover emergencies during surgery hours and maintenance of your dental records at the practice. For out of hours, there is a call out fee of £80 seven days a week.

Please see our fees section to compare treatment costs of purely private and Euston Place Dental Plan treatments.

Your child's dental care

At the present time, the practice have been awarded a contract from the South Warwickshire PCT to provide dental care for children under the NHS. There is no charge for this service.

Non-routine dental treatments such as sports gum shields are not covered under the NHS and a fee for these items can be found in our fees section,

Children are born free of dental disease, yet by adulthood 95% of the population has active gum disease and most people have experienced some tooth decay and even tooth loss. It is our belief that disease can be prevented. Our aim is to provide your child with the best dental care available to secure their dental health. We ask parents to register their children from birth so that we can see them twice a year on the NHS to help them grow up free from dental disease.

Health Teeth For Life

We see children from the age of 6 months and can provide good preventive treatment and advice. Diet control is important at all stages of life but if a good healthy diet is commenced at this age, the need for future treatment may be reduced. Our orthodontic options are always discussed for teenagers as their permanent teeth erupt. Sports injuries are common at this age and we recommend sports guards for all contact games.

Adult patients constantly benefit from the research that is carried out all over the world for prevention of oral diesease, tooth whitening, veneers, crowns and bridges and other aesthetic products. We have  four hygienists dedicated to the prevention and treatment of gum disease

Our more complex treatments tend to be centred on those patients who have had considerable treatment when young and wish to improve the function of their teeth. Often a number of dentists may attend a patient to carry out root canal treatment, gum treatments and advanced restorative techniques using crowns and bridges.

We are proud that some of our elderly patients have been with the practice over 30 years. We thrive on this loyalty. Some of our patients require denture replacement whilst others are looking for implants to stabilise the dentition.

We are supported by specialists on referral  in all fields and by excellent technicians for all laboratory procedures.

How do I register

Registration is simple and easy. We can be contacted  by phone, fax, online, email, post or in person. Alternatively, you can download the the New Patient Registration document from the Patient Documents page on this website and bring it with you to the practice. Once recieved, one of our staff will arrange an appointment. Please call in at the practice where an agreement will be completed. This will require your signature and bank account details for the Direct Debit Mandate. Direct Debits are collected from your account at the start or end of every month.  If you have any queries, please ask any member of staff.

Emergencies

In case of an emergency during practice hours, please contact the practice immediately. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day.

If you require emergency treatment outside surgery hours, please telephone 01926 422509. There may be a charge £80 for non-emergency call outs.
